Coldwell Banker Commercial Legacy Group — one of the region’s leading commercial real estate firms — is seeking a dynamic Growth Champion to lead recruiting, mentorship, and business development initiatives for our expanding commercial division.
The Growth Champion will focus on attracting new and experienced commercial real estate agents, then providing the training, tools, and support needed for those agents to thrive. This position blends leadership, coaching, and business development—a hands-on role for someone passionate about helping others succeed while driving measurable growth in production and brand presence.
This individual will serve as a visible leader in the company, fostering collaboration, building relationships, and strengthening the Coldwell Banker Commercial Legacy Group culture of professionalism, innovation, and community involvement.
Please note that this is a 1099/commission-based role.
Primary Responsibilities
Mentoring Duties
- Co-host monthly CBC Nashville Team Meetings.
- Attend monthly company-wide CBC Legacy meetings (in-person or via Zoom).
- Mentor new team members on commercial contracts, negotiation, and transaction flow.
- Mentor new team members in commercial prospecting, client development, and database building.
- Conduct one-on-one mentor meetings with new team members each month.
- Host and co-lead commercial training sessions with senior leadership (John and Lesli).
- Encourage consistent use of CBC University resources (Welcome to CBC, CRE Win, The Link, etc.).
Business Growth Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a Recruiting Pipeline for both new and experienced agents.
- Partner with leadership to design and execute recruiting campaigns and marketing efforts.
- Conduct onboarding and business planning sessions for newly affiliated agents.
- Assist agents in setting and achieving production goals through structured planning.
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging opportunities and niche specializations.
- Collaborate on agent success stories, testimonials, and recruitment marketing content.
- Enroll in “Welcome to CBC” and advanced commercial education programs (e.g., CCIM) to deepen knowledge.
Company Involvement
- Attend and represent the company at all CBC Legacy Group activities and events.
- Participate in CBC Global Summit and CBC Synergy events annually.
- Collaborate with residential division leaders to cross-promote business opportunities.
- Serve as liaison to CBC national support teams to align local and national resources.
- Provide feedback to management on agent development, technology use, and training needs.
Community & Realtor Involvement
- Attend Nashville CCIM meetings and related professional development events.
- Build relationships with local business groups, chambers, and networking associations.
- Promote community engagement and volunteer involvement among agents.
Performance & Reporting
- Track and report monthly recruiting activity, agent onboarding, and retention metrics.
- Monitor agent production growth, training participation, and engagement with CBC tools.
- Deliver quarterly reports to leadership summarizing progress, opportunities, and trends.
- Recommend adjustments to training programs and recruiting strategies based on outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee Real Estate License (Broker’s License preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial real estate experience.
- Proven success in agent development, recruiting, or brokerage management.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with technology platforms (CRM, CoStar, Crexi, CBC tools, Microsoft 365, etc.).
