Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our Nashville office. This is a pivotal role supporting our U.S. sales leader and customers by managing the day-to-day order cycle, from quotes to invoicing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, taking initiative, and partnering directly with sales leadership in a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage order-to-cash processes, including reviewing customer quotes, purchase orders, and confirmations for accuracy.
  • Prepare and issue Sales Order Acknowledgements, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery details, and changes.
  • Partner with logistics to ensure timely transportation, receiving, and fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory and provide reporting on sales, costing, and product availability.
  • Support the development and improvement of sales operations processes, blending established systems with new U.S. workflows.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to support business growth.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for both customers and internal partners.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or related role.
  • Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Syspro, DocuWare, or other ERP/CRM systems preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational excellence, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable helping define processes as we grow.
