Founder & Chief Executive Officer

As a HR practitioner for the past 16 years, Nadian has been a part of turnarounds, startups in private and public sectors, as well as fortune 500 companies. She has first-hand knowledge on the impact that modern HR practices have on culture and engagement as well as a company’s bottom line and profitability. 

Nadian has worked with all kinds of leaders and employees at all levels. Having been in a C-suite role herself, she is keenly aware of the behind-the-door conversations that take place and knows how to communicate this to teams via performance metrics, leadership coaching, and developing an employer brand that people are emotionally invested in. She’s created a tried-and-true playbook that helps build HR departments from scratch while aligning the right team to business objectives.

Kacie Scott

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Kacie has 10 years of experience in HR, specializing in recruitment and playing matchmaker between top talent and their dream jobs. Kacie has experience with workforce planning, particularly in high growth situations where a company’s most valuable asset — sustainability — is at stake. She has experience recruiting amongst multiple industries for C-suite level positions as well as hourly, part-time positions. No matter the job description, her focus is the same — place the right person in the right seat so they can unveil their greatest potential.
